Never ordered from BlackBerry before, but my company ships 7 to 10 business days, the product is generally at the customers location in 2 days. That depends on stock in the warehouse, where you're located and where the product is shipped from. It can vary, hence why we tell our customers 7 to 10 business days.

I've ordered stuff from crackberry a few times and that nearly took 2 weeks.
