    Does your carrier have an app??
    I'm with Rogers and I can use the my Rogers app.
    That being said, I got unlimited BBM video calling as a promo.
    Since they can not separate the reg data use from this bbm data use the app doesn't display any data usage. Always 0kb.
    I made this an issue and was compensated with unlimited data for the duration of my bbm promo. (Feb 2014)
    The logic was since I can't monitor and prevent overages, I shouldn't be billed for them. And the office the president agreed.
    It didn't hurt I sent in screens of a service rep's solution of either buy a third party app or call us every day.

    Isn't there any option to know? In settings app or something
