Honestly OS 10.2 is probably gonna leak soon so I would hold off on installing OS 10.1

OS 10.2 has leaked but it's not a full OS and still a very early build so I wouldn't recommend it for anyone...stick with what you have right now.

No, the autoloader files are PC only.

And if you don't want to take my advice and do it anyways. Here are the steps:

    1. Download the OS leak
    2. Use a software like winrar or 7zip to extract the .RAR file.
    3. Back up your phone using link
    4. When your done backing up unplug your phone
    5. Turn your phone off (keep it unplugged)
    6. Run the autoloader that you extracted in step 2 (it should be a .exe file...not the. rar file)
    7. Plug your phone into the computer while it's turned off and the autoloader running.
    8. Let the autoloader close automatically and your phone turn on by itself.
    9. Run through the setup on your phone
    10. Restore your phone using link
    11. When all is done and you are ready to use the phone again do a battery pull and than enjoy your new OS

And I'm on 10.1.0.2342 and It is my favorite OS...everything works perfectly.

Some people have had better success with restoring their previous data with airplane mode on, but it's not necessarily required.

what I"m concerned about is a call coming in while loading the os or during restore.

This is a legitimate concern, one I deal with as well though moreso with text messages that I may miss. I usually wait to perform software updates before going to bed some there's less of a chance of missing anything. Or, if it works better for you, maybe wake up a few hours early and install before you leave for the day.
