I see from your profile you are Tmobile, so I assume your device is STL100-3. (this link will work on STL100-2/3/4) The link below is an autoloader...you don't need anything else!
    https://mega.co.nz/#!MIdn3RjI!RA3XeC...vj7jR2bC1HnAY4

    Instructions:
    Backup device with BB Link
    Close BB Link
Download the OS and extract it
    Run the File
    Connect Device and WAIT
Once loaded and reboots, restore device via BB Link

Note: I normally set my device on airplane mode whilst updating it...prevent any disturbances!

I have a question, does this auto loader install OS 10.2 or do I still have to download 10.2 OS files then have the auto loader install it for me. I'm on a Verizon network by the way.

That autoloader is the OS so you download that autoloader from the link above and follow the instructions and you are all set because everything you need is in that package above.

^^ yep what he said ^^

It's all included, no need to get radio files and the OS. Just follow the instructions and you will be all set. Enjoy the Zed

Good to hear... on a side note, there's no need to do battery pulls as on previous BB's. A restart would suffice. If however it doesn't work, try a reboot.

To reboot: hold the power button down, ignoring the restart countdown, bb logo, blank screen, red led, bb splash screen etc...keep holding it down until you get to the blue startup screen!

Sorry if this has been mentioned but does this autoloader still leave the watermark in the corners of the screen or has that been fixed. I can't live with that lol.

    Thanks guys

When I use the autoloader, My device doesn't reboot. I get a blinking red light. I have the z10 STL100-3 any suggestions?

When I loaded the bar files, there was no hub and my contacts didn't work...

I guess this wasn't meant to happen for me.

Using BB z10 through T-Mobile. Followed the steps and Auto loader just keeps resetting the phone with a blinking red light on the handset. Am I missing something? A setting on the device that needs to be turned on/off?

Furthermore, Blackberry device manager goes back and forth saying that the has been detached and connected from the system.
