    Are all your contacts local to your Z10 only, not included with a cloud account such as Gmail, and not backed up to your SIM card?

    No backup but my Gmail I'd in BlackBerry no clouds all contacts in phone memory

    If your contacts are stored with your Google account then go to Account Setup and redo the account, make sure you've allowed for contacts to be imported. If you've no backup and they aren't on Gmail then you've out of luck. In the future, there are some decent Backup apps in BBW to prevent such headaches.

    Just open BBW on your device and search "contact backup" . A multitude of options exist.
