My z10 always seems to get very warm with moderate to average use.. it easily gets to 40+ or 43(the maximum I have seen till now) and my screen gets really hot too.. but it cools back within a few minutes if I let it idle.. does anyone know till what temp are considered as the safe working temperature for z10? I guess I will fry my phone pretty soon if things go this way..

The warmest mine got once was 107 and that was almost too hot to hold. I had an issue with an app always running in the background, so I had to wipe it and reload the OS and NOT restore. That's what I suggest you do.

I agree with jaydee, wipe would be the way to go in your situation.

I only have a few android apps like Skype, eBay and frim... and by now I guess it's right to assume that it's an hardware problem.. and I am using an stl100 model, and the part below the nfc connectivity area to the back door seems to get hot more.. so maybe it's some cooling related issues with my processor...
