How is the hell do I set up VVM-img_20131381.png

I've taken every step told to me from AT&T, BlackBerry, and T-Mobile but this is all I get still. The only terrible thing about my Z10 is that is literally will not let me have a sustainable voice mail account. I don't know if I'm doing something wrong, but I don't even get a notification when I have a voice mail. I'm about to reset my phone.

Voice mail or Visual Voice Mail? Really think this is a carrier issue. My son had a lot of issues setting his iPhone voice mail up on at&t. (Why are you asking T-mo?) If Visual Voice Mail, I think you may pay extra for that. If I were you I'd take your phone into your handy-dandy at&t store and have someone set it up.

It is a carrier issue. It has to be. I recently changed my account over from a Q10 to a Z10. The only thing I had to do was sign into my carrier website and change the listed IMEI. The same can be done by calling it in. If I didn't do that then it would just keep prompting me that the vvm is not available. But if your phone is from your carrier and locked to them there is no reason you shouldn't be getting it unless they don't actually offer it or they have something wrong on their end.
