hi i have cracked my z10 screen and cannot get it to my phone so how can i get my contacts off my phone i have synced my phone with blackberry link but that doesnt give you your contacts can someone help please

You can also try Sachesi to backup/restore. Firechest can also backup/restore.

BlackBerry Link its cool..just conect to ur device v�a usb and Copy ur contacts to pc

yeah on blackberry link it say something about calender and contacts but if it syncs them to my laptop where would i be able to find them as the catagories are music photos videos and documents so where would i find them to

i have win 8 i type contacts in search bar and it opens the contact folder..abd in BlackBerry Link u can modify where to save them

Is the screen still operable? If it is use Fire Chest Backup / Backup Pro.
