    I use Waze from Snap. From time to time it will get like this. App is closed (no active frame). But I cannot start it again. I tried Taskmanager app, tried also Device Monitor >CPU and there is Waze standing Idle. I click on it and than Close. And it "closes" it. But icon is still grayed and I cannot start it.
    Only solution I have is to restart phone, is there any other option?

    You might try to uninstall and then reinstall?
