I'm on BlackBerry Z10 and i called my provider to get the key to unlock my sim card from my network.

they gave me a NCK key and an unlock key but on my phone i got a message asking for a MEP key.

any idea where and how i can get this MEP key ?

sorry, i mean unsimlock it but the problem is that it asked for MEP key and i tried the 2 keys my provider gave me but it doesn't work

i still have 6 tries

I contacted them 3 times and they said the keys are right.....

I don't know what to do now

Take your phone and codes to your carrier and have them enter the code. When it fails advise them to call their tech support. Only thing we can suggest is to try another unlocking service to confirm the key, which may cost $$$. Taking to your carrier is free as they already provided the key, whether it be correct or incorrect.

Are you sure you provided the correct IMEI# to your network?
