How does BB10's memory managment work?

For example, if you've scrolled half way down your Twitter feed, then open other apps which bump Twitter out of Active Frames (becomes 9th app)... when you open Twitter again, does it open where you left off (scrolled half way down)? Or is it like opening it fresh?

For that matter, if you manually close Twitter, then open it again... does it pick up where it left off?

Do you encounter problems from being low on memory, such as apps not launching, seeing the PlayBook's "Out of graphics memory" type error messages?

Do you find a need to manage your memory by making sure to close Active Frames you haven't used in awhile?
