For a word, you press and hold to highlight a word, the longer you hold it starts highlighting more words around it. Once you have what you want highlighted, let go and press the highlighted word(s) again, a menu will pop out of the right side of the screen giving you the options to cut and copy.

Put finger on text to be cut. Hold it there for a second/two. It should activate highlighted text. Drag the two bouyes to cover text to be cut/copied. When done, tap the area, and screen should slide in from the right -- tap the scissors. When to paste, tap area to paste into, and side screen should slide in from right again, tap clipboard.

Having said all that, there needs to be some work for future updates on the copy/cut bouyes -- they some time do not move as easily as they should, especially relative to how easy it was to highlight text with my 9810.

I just purchased the Z10 and there are a number of things that I have yet to figure out. One being how to cut and past pictures into a different folder or directory.

Easiest way for this is probably using the file manager app
