For those users who use more than one phone I'm curious how you do it? Do you simply switch the SIM between phones or do you have multiple lines? I am getting a Z10 and would also like to continue using my 9900 if I so choose. I've seen a number of users in the forum who use more than one phone (not including their work) and was wondering.

I have multiple lines. Even though that is the case, I should note switching phones on and off of lines is not hard (ironically with the exception of legacy Blackberry devices, due to BIS), at least on Verizon Wireless.

I also have a whole fleet of smartphones sitting on my dresser, but that's another story.

I used to switch SIMs for a while, until my 9810 just stopped reading my micro-SIM (inserted with an adapter)

I have both a Z10 and a Q10 and switch sims. It's especially nice when I'm flashing a leak on one. I'm not totally out of commission while I'm grading one phone.

Thanks for the help everyone. I had been told that I needed a SIM adaptor when I called an AT&T store, so I was prepared for that. Sounds like switching SIMs is the best way to go for me.

I have numerous phones. Well, only Z10 and iPhone 5 right now. I just recently sold my N4 because I'm waiting on the N5 next month. I only have one number but I switch sims.

When I activated my (private purchase) z10 at a Verizon store, she placed the sim in it. I asked about moving between it and my 9930. She said it was possible (I don't know about swapping sim cards, besides size, the 9930 only needs sim in Europe) but that it could take an hour or more for the activation to change each time I did it - some mumbo jumbo about the sim on their network?? I have actually not done it.

I don't know how this works out in other countries, but in Germany you can have up to 3 sim cards with the same number and when somebody calls you all 3 phones ring. Only problem is you can get SMS only at one phone but this can easily be switched by a text message you send to the system.

I currently have a Vodafone number with two sim cards I am using with a Z10 and a Galaxy S3 - although I hardly use the S3 any more.

I often switch phones because my factory unlocked carrier unbranded Z10 won't let me tether without going seeping into my pockets. I use my Nokia E6, Nokia N9, Nokia Lumia 810, and Meizu MX 4-Core from time to time depending on my needs.

I wish we could do this in the US! I wouldn't even have two phones on at the same time, but at least it would fix my current problem

I have a z10 for email and galaxy s4 for everything else. I have android apps that convert txt in the s4 to email and another app that auto forward calls from s4 to z10 when it detects my home or work wifi Zone. This way so long as I carry z10 at all times I am fully covered.

All in all since I own 4 other androids in my desk drawer plus a 9900 and 9700,and formerly owned an iphone, I would say bb10 is much more productive and satisfying as a communications device. I do miss bb7 bis as I no longer subscribe to it. The major let down was that you could not attach files directly from dropbox as if it was browsing a folder like you can on bb10. Both 7 and 10 Os have their merits.

I am based in New Zealand and it's the same old story here. The sale staff at mobile phone shops have no idea how to work the phone so they take easy way out and show customers ios or Android. Whenever I have spare time I teach them how bb10 is superior. The silly thing is that I should have to as its Blackberry's job to provide training. What is Heins thinking? Any product still needs promotion! You must allow for the lowest dominator as not everyone is like me, a tech freak who has an inquisitive mind to really play and test a demo phone for 20 mins by myself.
