    How do I update Blackberry World? When click on icon it says "Upgrade required. To continue using Blackberry World you must upgrade your current version" So I choose Upgrade and then get the Downloads screen but nothing seems to happen? Should I close window or leave it open? Is anything happening in the background? I was originally just trying to update WhatsApp.
    OS version: 10.2.1.3442

    It should download the update and then install the update to BBW and close. Then it will open again, I believe. Any luck at all after you reboot?
