Try this:
Open the search app, swipe down from the top and go to Settings>Categories> and see what's checked. I think if you check off Applications it might work. Or you could try to go to the Extended tab and check off Twitter - though mine isn't selected, and I can still tweet from the search app.
No guarantees, just thinking this might work.

"Tweet" should work too. Do any of the other instant action actions work?

They all work, I've figured it out although I was logged into twitter account was saved this is new on 10.2.1 you can login without receiving hub notifications all works again thanks
