[CrackBerry Question]

Since the latest software update (10.3.1.1779) on my Z10, I am not able to locate how to turn off the led for emails.

I have gone into notifications, and describes being able to set how I am notified of new emails. I can see how I can go into a profile (eg Normal) and set various things.

At the moment, within the Normal profile LED is off, and when I go into Customise App Notifications, it doesn't give me the ability to select Emails (it has Phone, Text, Calendar, Foursquare). I don't know or seem to be able to work out how to add Email into this group of Apps.

Therefore, despite even using the Vibrate Only profile, I am still getting the LED light blinking when emails come through.

Hopefully someone can point me in the right direction.

You might try a hard reset. Also, make sure the LED notification is OFF in all other profiles (meeting, silent, phone only).

From what I can read it looks like you have been to this page already below? Just ensure that LED notification is off and you shouldn't be getting any notification lights

You can't manually add the EMAIL there.. have you tried removing and adding accounts??
