On my Torch when someone sent me an email, I could easily see the sender's email address. How do I do this on my new Z10? The NAME of the sender appears in the blue bar at the top of the screen, but I can't find anywhere a way to see the sender's email address. Unless I want to add the sender to my contact list. Which I don't always want to do. Help!!

Yep. It is annoying you have to go into the Gmail, Outlook or whatever site to get routing details.

Long press on the name in the blue titlebar, and the email address will be at the top of the context menu that opens.

Hit Reply and then touch the senders name. It will show their email address.

Then hit cancel to return to the original message.

Longpressing the title bar does absolutely nothing. Are you on BES or something because on my gmail and outlook amounts that doesn't do anything.

EDIT: oh weird on some messages that brings up a menu on most it does not. For example on any of the messages from Crackberry it does nothing. But regardless even on the ones when it does bring up a menu it doesn't ever show their address.

It works with my Gmail and work fine. I'll admit, the area that triggers it is fairly small. It's probably the actual letters (The label) themselves...

On the ones where it does anything it only gives these four options:
    Copy name
    Send email
    Invite to email
    Add to contact

There is no other info and it definitely doesn't show their email address.

Oh sorry my mistake. You didn't mention that after you bring up the menu you have to expand it.

Once you expand it then yes it does list their email address.

You are right. That's what I see too.
I have faced this problem before, and figured that the reply and back was the only way to see it.

Well, unless you were planning to read the email address from top to bottom, I thought that'd be obvious.
