just moved to z10 from iphone 4,like it so far except won't run map my walk.downloaded android app from apktrain and it is on phone but when you launch,takes you to an update page and won't update.anyone know of a workaround?Thanks

you might need a different app to do the same thing...did you sideload the apk for that app?

The "Map My" apps all use Google Services now for advertising and stuff like that. I had a patched "Map My Ride" and it was flaky at best. Best f'n app I had for what I used it for.

Try CascaRun PRO, excellent replacement. No way to see your tracks online though, unless you import the GPX into an appropriate system.

**Update: Just did another bike and my session for meerun.com expired. So I reset my password and it looks like Cascarun did not like that so it deleted ALL my workouts. Becareful if you use this application as your only workout recorder. I am heading back to my Nexus to use Strava.

Give Nogago Tracks a try. I use it when hiking, biking and cross-country skiing (when there use to be snow in the pacific northWET)

I use Endomondo for hiking and bike rides. It's available in Blackberry World and works very well on my Q10 and Z10. The free version should give you all the mapping you need for your walks.
