Am assisting my brother who got a Blackberry Z10..when i remove the battery the model reads, Blackberry STL100-1 model:RFG81UW. My problem is when i boot up it says Dev alpha and also when i go to System settings>>About >>Device it displays

Model Numberev alpha
OS ver: 10.0.10.263.
This OS is lacking most applications as i had read its meant for developers. Am just wondering if i have a DEV alpha device or Complete phone. Am also confused which OS should i load on the phone to enjoy full features such as Music,Gallalery,File manager, Calculator etc which are missing.Its my first time working with BB phones am stuck with Apple.

How much RAM does it have? I believe dev devices had 1gb RAM, normal have 2GB

After install every leak, I decided to use OS version 10.2.0.1809.
Off course with this version you cannot install android directly using apk file.
But for every thing I satisfy with this old version.
Maybe this will be one for your consideration.

What you guys mean is i have the Normal version of Blackberry Z10, do you mind giving me the link i got a link that doen't work.

Thanks men, it worked with the link i got from you XOW JTO i have the complete version with most pre-loaded apps and gallery,music,calculator and file manager working..
