I do not see a "trackball" to edit my info while I am using my Z10. Thank you.

Here is how to change your display name within BBM on a touchscreen device:

1. Open BBM.
2. Go to the Chats screen.
3. Tap your Avatar at the upper left of the screen. This brings up your Profile screen.
4. Tap anywhere within the text slot of your display name, it will put a cursor there and bring up the keyboard.
5. Edit your name. Any changes are auto-saved when you navigate out of your Profile screen.

It's located under the screen. You have to chip away at it with a hammer.

If you can't find it, it sounds like you have yourself a lemon!
