    I've noticed that people are complaining about Z10 automatically deleting from the server but my biggest gripe about email on my bb10 is that it doesn't delete on my inbox online and doesn't even mark them as read. I loved that I could clear my inbox via my old bold. I've tried to change the IMAP settings online but that hasn't worked. Anybody have suggestions...? I just really like a clean inbox...

    When you setup your email on your Z10, did you go to Settings / Add / Advanced? If not remove the account re-add it and do that and choose Exchange.

    I have the same problem as SoDeF_Jess. So I did what what you explained. However what am I suppose to do in the advanced settings?
