Are you deleting then on the phone or uninstalling them from the source?

If you are on OS 10.3.2.2876 (2836) or OS 10.3.2.2888 (2848), apply the fix from BlackBerry World. Use your BB10 browser and reboot immediately after install. Then you will be able to properly delete your installed Android apps from Amazon appstore.

I've had that problem as well.
Amazon keeps alerting me for updates for Apps I've deleted.
I don't know if the fix mentioned will work for me, but I'm going to check into it. The constant update notices ARE annoying!
Cudos to conite for the tip!
    OS 10.3.2.566.

If you're not on OS 10.3.2.2876, or OS 10.3.2.2888, then the fix is not for you.

Download Ghost Commander and see if the apps in question are fully deleted off your device. If they are, then it's just Amazon acting dumb.

Using the 1mobilemarket, there is an uninstall option there which can delete the app from the phone and from the system. It works well actually.

First, this will still not work if you have the Android Runtime bug.

    Second, don't use 1mobile:
