    You can put any photo you want to for any group you're in as the group icon photo. Yes, you can.

    But, if you are not the administrator it will only be changed on your phone. If you are the admin, it changes for everybody in the group.

    Go to "Groups" in BBM. Click on the group that you want to change the pic for. Now click on the small pic in the top left corner. Now....click it again and you will have the option to change it to whatever you want to.

    How do we delete photos/pictures on bb group on Z10?
    If we are not the administrator.
    I have another experience, already asked my administrator to delete all of bbm group pictures, but still exist on my Z10.
    Can anyone help on this?? Thank you
