delete the app and reinstall. If they don't have a cache clear, that's what you have to do.

There only selected apps which are giving a clear cache option. If there is no clear cache option then as @jaydee said you will have to delete and reinstall the app. I hope with 10.3 BlackBerry makes it compulsory for every app to have a clear cache option or give us a universal clear cache option.

Cb10 app latest version has the ability to clear cache

Btw, the picture you are referring to doesn't mean the storage. If you clear cache, you would increase the storage, not the memory. The memory here means RAM. It won't increase after you clear the cache, but it will if you close an app instead.
