I bought z10 for mobile on Craigslist and was wondering if the manufacturer warranty is still valid. After 2 weeks of use, it seems the device is dying kind of fast, and the os is also kind of sluggish. Also how much would it cost to get it repaired\replaced?

I would think the device was sold to a carrier and that they would have to replace it. At least that is the way it happens here, in the USA.

It might be worth wiping and reloading the OS. There are threads on this site with instructions should you need them. Make sure you first backup the phone.
