    Every time that I try to open an app on my phone it force closes itself before I even get to complete an action on the phone, and sometimes it jumps off in the middle of completing an act within an app. I have tried rebooting and a battery pull but I still have the same problems. what else can I do?

    A few things to consider... do you have android apps installed? If so how did you install them-Amazon, Snap, Cobalt's Google play? Are you having issues with all or only some? Can you identify any Apps installed around the time your issues began?
    Your resolution will need to consider these factors.

    Your issues may not be app related but in order to troubleshoot it's easiest to start with the most typical causes first.

    You can't remove what was never there. It's a BlackBerry. These things don't get viruses.

    If you are talking about Android apps, and you loaded through Amazon (for example) have you tried loading from within Amazon?

    I have experienced loaded android apps from website and not all android apps are compatible to BlackBerry OS 10.3.2.###. Removed the android apps and device will well working.
