    I just updated my BB Z10 to 10.2.1 planning to then update to 10.3.1. It now says I have the most current OS and won't offer me the upgrade. I've done a search for new updates. Any suggestions?

    Use an autoloader, a blitz pack, wait for carrier to release OS update, try using Sachesi.
