i cant get any updates via my network or over wi fi, i keep getting a message saying my device has the latestest update but the os version is 10.2.1. 3247

i cant get any updates via my network or over wi fi, i keep getting a message saying my device has the latestest update but the os version is 10.2.1. 3247

3 options.

1) Take your SIM card out, shut down the device. Boot up the phone and then re-insert the SIM card after the boot is complete (check for updates again)

2) Insert another SIM card from another carrier and check for updates. (The OS you currently on may be the latest released by your carrier)

3) Use a Auto-Loader and wipe your device with the new OS
