    someday ago I brought a blackberry z10 and after buying I restore my set . but when it starts it's locked by google id .now is it possible to unlock google id unlock ?

    i never heard of a google id lock. where did you get the phone? what is the original google id name and password?

    Try autoloader for your z10.

    There is no Google ID Lock on a real Z10.

    Perhaps you were scammed and ended up with cheap knock-off with Android installed.
