Doubtful. Since the device isn't even out in the US the likelihood of US carriers pushing the update is pretty slim

It will most definitely be released with an even newer OS. I'm pretty sure the majority of this time is carriers developing their crap apps for BB10, not actually testing the OS. If anything, BlackBerry could leave the radio unchanged and push a new update that the carriers will likely approve immediately as soon as you set up the phone. Hopefully, anyone on tmobile would probably get this update.
