    Hi, I'm form Argentina and I have a Z10. I checked in BbLink, on my phone and on BlackBerry Web page and they all say I have the latest version (10.2). I'm not that good at technology to get it from somewhere else. Can anybody help me?

    Download an autoloader buddy. That's your best bet of getting 10.3.1 right now. There r posts on how u can get it.

    You can install the latest os with an autoloader. Search on leaked os section. Seriously

    Before using an Autoloader, do a backup. Autoloader will erase all data from your phone.

    If you do a RESTORE, make sure it is Selective/Custom and do NOT restore the app/module Blackberry Runtime (that is the Android player and restoring an older version causes problems.
