    If it's not working flat you then maybe it's due to a bug so your way to go is either for a software update or you could load OS via autoloader for example.

    Z10 users have said same thing. Neighbor has Z10 and Q10. Q10 works fine

    Works just fine on my Z10. If you have battery saving mode on, it won't work so check to see if you have that enabled.

    My Battery saving feature is never on.
    Sensors tests all pass.
    Autoloaded OS from scratch without restore.

    What model Z10 do you have? Mine is STL100-3.

    Same here, I'm on official SR 10.3.1 on a ShopBB z10 and it only worked once after the update from 10.2.1 which installed without a hitch.

    The Battery Saver toggle is set to not disable Advanced Interactions and it still doesn't work. Tried mixed combinations of toggling settings on/off with reboots and it doesn't work. Just ran the BBVE tests and all tests passed, including face up/down sensor. I submitted a Bug Report in Beta Zone a while back. And flip to save power disables swipe to wake for some reason.
