    My z10 claims I have entered my password incorrectly 5 times and will wipe out the memory after 10 tries.
    I had not been entering at all since the last time I had the phone awake.
    It will not accept the correct password.
    Help please.

    Type "blackberry" instead of your password. Then make sure you use the correct password on the next attempt.
