go to settings > mobile network

you should be able to choose (depending on carrier settings)

network mode will allow you to choose either HSPA/UMTS/EDGE or 4G/3G/2G or just 3G/2G

Seeing that you have the 100-1 unit (non LTE version), ensure your carrier does support HSPA+ which is essentially faster 3G speed or 3.5G

H+ if your on att will be 4G, on your Z10. LTE in areas of service, or E for Edge. Maybe 3G. I haven't received any.

I don't think you need to change anything in settings, I'm a STL 100-1 user too, getting H+ depends on your network, some area with good network can gives H+ automatically. Well if your carrier does not provide H+ services you won't get it

That's true, but some carriers would give options if you want 2G only; 2G and 3G ; 3G / 4G only etc...

    Others would display it as:
    LTE/HSPA+/UMTS/GSM
    HSPA+/UMTS/GSM
    LTE/HSPA+/UMTS
    HSPA+/UMTS
    GSM

and you select which one you want... So where some users suggest turning off LTE (if they live in a spotty coverage area) this is how it's done.

    I use an STL100-1 device and I get H+.
It depends on your carrier, as Bladedanc3 said. Just set your device on 3G and it'll automatically update to H+ (while using the internet, otherwise it stays on 3G) if your carrier supports it.

    How can i get H+ on stl100-1??-img_00000697.png
