Searched for this problem but couldn't find anything. I'm on my 2nd Z10 now, 1st one would not respond consistently to my taps and swipes. I backed the phone up on my computer and then did a restore on the new phone.

On the new phone my home page with my active frames just randomly disappears and I have to re-open everything. Any ideas?

Also the contacts I delete come back pretty much every time I charge the phone.

Also had some texts from my wife show they're coming from a different contact.

How are contacts on the phone? Are they synced with Outlook, Google?

Sorry guys I've been too busy to follow up. Thanks for the replies.
I'm in Saskatchewan and my carrier doesn't allow the latest update due to a problem it causes with it's international service. The next update is supposed to be available to me.
It seems the contacts are stored on the sim card or in my account?
I'm on my 3rd Z10 now and the same problem persists, could the sim card be corrupted?
I also have the screen rotate without the phone being tilted, I also occasionally get 5 second freeze ups when I open the settings and my active frames screen randomly closes on it's own.
The sim card is the only thing that has stayed the same.
