I can't seem to get rid of the power consumption by the app.
What can I do?

After you deleted the app did you restart your phone?

My suggestion would be to load up the chrome extension like you were sideloading something and see if it's listed as still installed. Then killit that way. Otherwise try installing it again and uninstalling it a second time.

Try a soft reset of the phone and if that doesn't work then I would see if there are still files in your file manager of the app itself.

Maybe go into BlackBerry World and uninstall from the list of apps in my world

If you have the newest OS, open Device Monitor. Check any of the tabs (battery, cpu, etc), and find that app and tap it. Use the Trash can to delete it.
