Hey blackberry people I have a z10 that is out of warranty I did the update to 10.2 and ever since it wont go on I take out the battery I get a long red light and when the battery is put back in I get nothing anyone know how I can resolve this problem

Welcome to the forums!

You can start by STOPPING with the battery pulls!...

Plug your device, with battery in, in the charger and let it feed for an hour or so to make sure you have power in there (that should do the trick in a few cases). Then plug it back to the PC and run an autoloader for whatever OS you want to run (or the previous version if you want to do a Sachesi update).
