when I went up rom 10.3.2.2339. autoload the rom is still on the screen, but to not turn the machine off-screen again. turn on not displays logo blackberry, bright screen just before dark. help me!!!

After up rom 10.3.2.2339 successfully, z10 operating normally. But when to turn off the screen, it does not pop up anymore. Still receive calls and messages. When I rebooted the phone does not display the logo of blackberry. The screen lights up just before dark.

Try using HDMI-out to see if the phone is functioning normally.
