I've just installed the 10.0.10.90 update today and my hub wont work it just says Preparing Blackberry Hub, its been doing it all day tried restarting, battery puls the lot. Also non of the stock apps work just show a white screen, remember, texts, contacts, calendar etc.
All I can use to communicate is the BBM app which thankfully still works.

Any suggestions on how to fix this?

Mine was exactly the same. It took about 45 minutes to come back to life and it was 2 restarts to get there.

you could try restarting the hub with five diagonal swipes from the top right corner....solves many hub issues (although I have only done it once to try it )

It takes a while to prepare the hub for the first time after the update. Everything has to be re populated. Just be patient and as it only has to be done once. Also... I would suggest not to restart cause it will most probably interrupt the process.
