    Help! I cant see the trash/dustbin icon when tap-holding my apps on my z10. I can't also see the trash/dustbin icon in My world. I can't delete apps. Please help. Thanks

    Yes, I even tried the battery pull and the 30 seconds lock button push. Please help. Thanks

    The "dustbin"/"trashcan" symbol is right there, on the upper right corner of each app icon (other than the os default apps).

    If that's not appearing on yours, I would use BB Link to reload your operating system. Quite simple to do but I would do a full backup first.

    It would be helpful to know exactly what apps you are trying to delete. Some are not able to be deleted.

    Some icons should show the dustbin, and the ones that are not deleteable will not show it.

    Short Story: Problem solved by updating software in the link http://ph.blackberry.com/software/sm...berry7-os.html

    Long Story: 1. Cant do full backup due to bb ID problem????
    2. I decided to do security wipe but the phone froze. I pulled the battery (stupid of me)
    3. Phone got bricked
    4. Saved by updating the phone thru http://ph.blackberry.com/software/sm...berry7-os.html
    5. Phone is revived! And I can now see the dustbin. It was like a whirlwind which ended up with a reload lol

    note: before experiencing the no dustbin problem, i noticed that when downloading some* apps from bb world, the download bar disappeared but its says the app is downloading. Secondly, there's no information in the settings>blackberryID
