    Default Help understanding the Hub

    Is it normal that you can only "look" at things inside the Hub but can't continue a thread or "do anything" without closing the Hub and opening the actual icon (texts, etc) from the main screen? My Hub was showing lists of headings only but when I clicked anything there was no conversations or anything. My z10 is defective so not sure if this is the reason or if this is how the Hub works. Thanks.
