    Hey there! , so my problem is when ever i watch a long youtube video, lets say 7+ minutes, my screen turns black i need to lock my phone then unlock it ( using the lock button) then swipe, after that my video will appear back again, any ideas?

    I am playing a 15 minutes videoon youtube and the screen should have gone black after 90 seconds.

    Do you have Desktop mode on? It COULD be that. Also, what version is your OS? It could be a bug that has been corrected.

    Hey, thanks for the reply, well my os version is : 10.1.0.1720

    About the desktop mode, how can i check it?

    Browser > Overflow (the three dots on bottom right) > Config > Developer Tools

    Which player are the videos using? Flash youtube player or the bb os player?
    Cause i remember with the flash player i had to constantly touch the screen so it doesn't turn off.

    And the app opens the browser. Say, does yours look like these?

    You may want to clear your cache if it doesn't. Not sure what's the cause of the issue now.
