Guys,

I have lost my BlackBerry I'd and password.
And I get into a shop for resetting.

They have make it new

But gallery and some.main utilities are not there.
So I downloaded many apps from the BlackBerry World.

Calculator,evernote,music player, gallery etc.

But still that gallery won't work.

Please somebody help me to get my bbz10 as loaded with all basic utilities.

Sounds like they load dev os to your device , download 'normal' os and install it

Brother I lost my password of blackberry id.
So I could not use ma phone

So I get to a local shop and they fixed the problem by re installing the os.

But now gallery and some other function are missing.

If you install another OS, you will not be able to complete the setup without your original BBID.
