I just got my Z 10 a couple of days ago, and I love it so far! I'm just having an issue that I need help with.
I put my media card from my old BB into this one and I can see my pictures in the picture folder, however, when I attempt to change my BBM picture it will not show my picture files. It says SDCARD at the bottom but there's all these random files, and no pictures. Same thing when I try to put a picture on a contacts profile. The only way I've been able to do it is through selecting the picture from the picture file itself and pressing "set as".

Save your pics to a pc. Then reformat the sd card in the z10
Then. Move the pics videos back to the card putting them into the folders that the phone created. Makes a world difference
