Not sure why the battery is not charging. No power light on. Ordered new battery and I am praying that it's the battery and not the phone. Have no insurance. Anyone have similar problems/solutions?

ensure your battery is very tight in the back if not put something in to tighten it up,

heated up the phone but still no power or light indicator.....

yes used 2 different blackberry chargers/usb.....

k I will leave it plugged in overnight. Hopfully it doesn't burn up with the heat. Took the media card out to be safe.

Have you removed the battery, say for 20 minutes or so, then replaced it? What had you been running before it seems to have died or stopped working? Any app?

Didn't use any specific app when lost power......also left battery out all night and then put on charger. No power/light.....I just hope it's the battery and not hte phone....

Check your contacts to make sure there clean, and its a tight fit when you put it in,

Contacts cleaned.....new battery arrived....still no power/light.......left on charger. Do they fix z10s or I am bettter off getting an unlocked phone to use my AT&T sim...

Yes they fix them, they will probably just send you a new one.

Just found out that it cannot be fixed. Store says the motherboard is fried...not sure how they came to that conclusion. ....anyone know where I can get a unlocked z10 for At&T.......I don't trust craigslist and I don't want to spend $100 since my upgrade is next spring....Thanks!
