    The problem started few days ago, initially it shuts down at 30% battery life without warning, it has now increased to 75% even without having any load on it.
    I even downgraded my OS to 10.1.0.2009 from .2354 this did not do anything to resolve the issue.
    Please someone should proffer a solution, i can hardly make use of my phone.
    I am running STL100-1

    For this reason you should ask for a replacement. I did and my phone was replaced. I think that for some this is a phone problem not a battery one as you would normally think.

    Have you tried anew battery? Mt his certainly is odd, I've never heard or seen anything like this

    That is definitely an odd bug! My Z10 will run down to 0% battery and keep running for a bit before it shuts down. Hope you get a quick resolution! Could be your battery or your Z. Good luck!

    Sounds like a hardware problem. I'd take it in and get it fixed or replaced.

    i just got a new battery, lemme see how this goes down. Reason i can't ask of replacement is that for over 2 months plus i've been using the phone the battery life has been smooth, no reboot and any bug whatsoever. Thanks all for your assistance
