As the title says, my @rogers.com account receives emails, but won't send them out. All I get is that red circle with the white line through it next to the message I tried to send out hitting resend yields the same result.

Anyone else have this and how do you fix it?

Check your account settings in Advanced setup. You probably need to check outging server name, username, password. There's also a setting for encryption there which has to be right, IIRC the choice is SSL/Start TLS/None and it also impacts the port settings for sending

Mine are set to SSL, I never changed any of this from the initial set-up. The account was always working properly until recently.

Not sure what the server address are supposed to read.

I have no idea what is correct, but another Rogers user may be able to compare settings. With a recent change it is also worth thinking what you changed recently (software update?) and also give Rogers support line a call.

I have the same issue on my Q10... my have set all incoming/outgoing server addresses and ports correctly, there weren't any notification of server issues when i saved the settings...

But when tried to send an outgoing email, i get a red circle and a white line across...

Anybody know what's wrong? I'm on OS 10.2.0.1761
