    The threads on this forum on OS 10.2 are quite overwhelming so I can't find the answer. My z10 is currently used as a wifi only device (no sim card). I tried to update the OS on both my device and using BB Link. It keeps saying that I have the latest update (10.1.0.4184). I even did a factory reset but to no avail. Any ideas??? Great forum and thanks in advance.

    you need to put a sim card that helps see if you have and updated

    10.2.1.1055 is even more mind blowing, BUT it is a leaked (not yet official OS). Its 100% stable for me. Why don't you search the forums for leaked 1055 and familiarize yourself with that. Once you have read a bit, perhaps it's time to install something that will blow your mind.
