My notes on "Remember" have disappeared why?! How?! I cannot seem to get them back help!

So have you installed a new OS? Wiped your phone? Installed some third party apps. What has been happening recently? We need more info. OS?

Nothing. I have been having issues with my music and pictures not being found on memory card so i turned phone off then turned back on and now nothing. I had a lot of important information on there i think they might still be on phone i hope.

Try another restart - good luck

Try a restart:

Press and HOLD both Vol Up/Down buttons. Keep holding while the screen goes fully black (ignore the screenshot), keep holding through the Black/White logo and when the Colored Logo shows up, release those buttons.

If you have the STL100-1 variant the volume button reset method doesn't work. In that case, Press and HOLD the Power On Button until you see the LOGO as above

Nothing i believe the noted are still on my blackberry because my memory is the same. Just not showing. Hard too believe that everything is gone I cant believe that to many important notes

Have you done any backups of the device using BBlink or Firechest or other app? So, when you open the Remember App, what do you see? No Folders or anything?

I actually am experiencing the same issue..
But it's just for my notes in the "Unfiled" folder that has gone missing.

It gets better then worse. Well i did a battery pull and FINALLY i get prompted to upgrade to 10.2 yeah finally. So I'm like cool maybe that will fix if not I can at least be up to date. So I've spent the last 8 hours updating my phone then. "Download interrupted" so i start it up again and now it says "software up to date 10.1"

Really really?!

Happy birthday to me. Not only did i lose all this important info but then i waste it for nothing.

One more thing i had to delete multiple apps to get down to 14 GB to do the download on top of everything else.

I am just hoping beyond hope that my notes are one my phone within the 14 gb

When you say your pictures and music on your SD card were not showing up in the respective apps, it sounds like the problem others have noted with BB10 and some SD cards.

Do a search for "guiformat" on CrackBerry forums to read others similar experiences. It's fixed by formatting the card in FAT32 with your computer - of course move your data off the card before the format.

Don't know why Remember is behaving the way you describe. Remember notes are stored in internal memory on the phone. Perhaps you ran out of space on the phone and the OS wasn't happy? It would be nice if the OS sent an alert to the Hub when space used is over 90%.

Finally, get the app 'Backup Pro' from BlackBerry World. It is your friend at times like these.

The sd card "trips" if i go over 15 gb so i erased some things I'm basically down to facebook, twitter, igrann, and crackberry along with the built in apps and im at 14.1gb so i really hope my notes are still stored on phone.

If you happen to be syncing with an Exchange Server, you are probably screwed. This same thing happened to me until I turned off the syncing of Notes on the phone.

You never answered the question about backups. If you backed up in Link, Remember will be in the "Settings" backup. If you restore settings, you will have the Remember data back.
