My suggestion would to run the 810 autoloader again and try the install again or install a 10.1 OS. To be honest you knew this could happen, and screwed up your Z10.. There was a disclaimer no one is fault except you bro. However I really hope you can fix it! Hopefully someone more knowledgeable than me gives you a better answer if this doesn't work!

No offence, but you've tried to install a leak I presume? This isn't BlackBerry's fault but your own!

As suggested, reloading with a 10.1 autoloader should sort you out. Sorry to hear about your issues.

Simple fix. Please follow directions CAREFULLY!!!

Download the latest version of Sachesi

Remove your battery, sim card and sd card (if you have one)

Without installing your battery, plug your device into your usb and start the 810 autoloader and wait. Your phone will reboot and you should be fine.

IF NOT, start Sachesi and wipe your device, then load the latest leaked 10.1

Done!

What stl is your device, because if you attempted to force load an OS that wasn't meant for your specific device, and you still went against better judgement, you deserve the soft brick you have.
